Copper Sebacate: Copper deficiency is not common, but the absorption and utilization of copper can be hindered by elevated intakes of copper antagonists such as zinc, ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and fructose sweeteners. Intakes of zinc exceeding 15 mg. per day may increase the need for copper beyond normal dietary intake. The intake of copper as its sebacate salt improves its bioavailability. From Allergy
Research Group.
Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, one (1) capsule per day, taken with a meal, or as directed by a health practitioner. |
