Phosphatidylserine was only available in trace amounts (1-3%) from commercial lecithins, in combination with other important phospholipids such as Phosphatidylcholine, Phosphatidylethanolamine, and Phosphatidylinositol. Now Phosphatidyl Serine is available in 20% (100 mg) servings in 500 mg. gel capsules (along with the other phospholipids and essential fatty acids). Phosphatidyl serine has impressed researchers with it's ability to improve cognition and enhance concentration and other mental functions.
