| Laktoferrin |

|
Laktoferrin is the second most abundant protein in human colostrum, the first milk secreted at birth. Lactoferrin has been shown to influence the composition of the intestinal flora of infants, and in development of healthy and functional immune systems.
Lactoferrin greatly impacts bacterial growth by regulating iron used by bacteria to grow and multiply. Lactoferrin also effects biochemical
processes in lymphocytes, white blood cells formed in lymphoid tissues
and involved in fighting infections. |
